Consolidate repeated visual filter icons in resources

Please consolidate repeated visual filter icons in resources for things such as notes, speakers, addressees, etc. This is particularly a problem for Workflows, where the many note icons get inserted into your Bible.

    In cases such as speakers and addressees and other Logos tagging, I'm not certain I want them merged. It would depend upon how the popups behaved. If one can cycle through them, I would be fine with merging them. But if one can't cycle through them ... think more dependence on Information or Context Menu.
