Audio and Video File Tagging

Audio Files should have the same accessibility as the video files in the Proclaim Media area. This way if you upload the same song more than once you can choose which copy to delete and tag to which song lyrics you have available. Might not be a bad idea to also put a song tag note box in the song slides to have an immediate reference to which audio file tag to look up.
