Prioritize search results I’ve read and/or highlighted

In tools like search, cited by, and guides, it would be very helpful if results from pages I have read, or especially highlighted, could be prioritized. This would call to mind resources I’ve read and appreciated on subjects but may not immediately remember reading.
For instance, if preparing a sermon on John 1, how great would it be to search and be reminded of everything I’ve ever read that referenced a passage in John 1?

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
