More Shortcut options for highlighting

Adding highlights to the bible text is very useful and can be done faster with using keyboard shortcuts. I'm using many kinds of highlights and the keys on my board are used up. It would be nice if keys could be combined with CTRL, SHIFT, ALT or other keys. It makes sense to combine with Shift if you use opposites, too. for example "J" for god and for the opponent devil "J + SHIFT".
