Correct the formatting for the SBL 2d citation style to conform fully to the Handbook. For example, sec. 6.1.4.1 prescribes the way to cite publisher names and places for a long list of publishers, which the Logos style doesn't use. Also SBL Handbook cites page numbers in footnotes as, e.g., 115-25, while the Logos style will use 115-125. A thorough review of the Logos style against the Handbook is in order.
