Add CSB as optional translation for Faithlife Study Bible

The Faithlife Study Bible (FSB) allows you to choose alternative bible translations to track the study bible with (the default is the LEB). Right now there are 6 alternatives: ESV, KJV, NASB, NIV, NKJV, and NRSV. Please add the CSB as one of the alternative options in the dropdown list. I think this is a major enough translation that people would benefit from being able to use it with the FSB.
