Please fix the notetaking ability

I try to use bullets (or numbering) then if I indent under a bullet, and type any additional material, the indent goes away and I now have two separate bullets.

Please fix this. I want to take notes on sermons using my Samsung Note, but this problem keeps me from doing that ant I have to use Microsoft OneNote instead
