Table of contents -Add icon to collapse all bible book chapters

Speed up bible book and chapter selection process by adding an extra icon next to "Table of contents" icon to automatically collapse all the books of the bible that have both chapter and book displayed.
Table of contents -Add icon to collapse all bible book chapters.

    Yes, a collapse all feature (button) is much needed and long overdue.  I can not see that this is a complicated issue to resolve.
