Changes in multiple songs

A couple weeks ago something took place that doesn't allow changes in multiple songs at the same time in a presentation. It used to be that I could select all the songs in a presentation and make formatting changes (like font size, color, text box size etc...) in all the songs at the same time... What I did in one would effect all the others (that were selecte). But now that doesn't work. This has significantly increased the time needed to put together the presentations for 2 different services each week. Am I missing something??
