Add custom QuickScreens to API

The API addresses all the built-in QuickScreens, but omits the two custom ones. Can they be added to the API (and the Elgato StreamDeck APP) be updated so those could be displayed? Also, the 'Last Shown' one (assigned to F12). Doing this makes it easier for us to navigate to/from the custom QuickScreens using the StreamDeck.
