Resource View: Add option to never hide toolbars

Please please, I beg of you, please give me a setting to keep the toolbars visible all the time, even while scrolling. It confounds me that so many apps do this.

There are those of us who never ever ever, ever ever, use a reading mode on a bible, or any other app. I paid for the phone with a big screen so I can always have room for buttons.

Please please, please please.

It would be great, especially for larger mobile devices, if the 'Navigation Bar' and 'Tab Bar' could be kept in display instead of 'auto hiding' them.

Auto hiding is great for smaller mobile devices, to have a much screen real estate available for display of the 'resource'. However, on the larger mobile devices users might prefer to have the navigation and tab bar visible, especially working with multiple resources.
