Access PHOTO ALBUMS in MacOS Ventura

After 4 years of importing backgrounds from Albums in Phots on my MacBook the newest Apple operating upgrade seems to have eliminated Proclaim from accessing Albums in Photos. It accesses photos but no longer gives the option to use items from Albums. Any ideas?
