Confidence Timer bug - End Time Not Saved

There is a software bug with the end-time added to the Start Confidence Timer cue. When the end time is added, it is not saved when the file is opened again. If the end time is added and the file is synchronized, when the file is closed and immediately reopened, the end time defaults to 12:00AM.
