Automatic update

It seems like every time I open Proclaim, it tells me there's an update, and I should relaunch. I'd rather it just automatically update every time I open or close the program.

@Shara Heiniger (Logos)  – this feature already exists in Program Settings. Turn "Automatically Start Downloads" off. It's not recommended, though.
