Enhance Visual Filters

I was looking at my Bible earlier, and noticed some visual filters I have set up. However, I could not remember what the filter was doing.
Could there be a way to add a label, so that when I put my mouse over the filter, it shows me the supplied information?
And/or could there be a rollover that explains which visual filter is in play? Like corresponding highlights current behaves.
