Especially in multi-volume works with the bibliography in only one of the volumes it can be difficult to translate a short inline reference or footnote reference to an actual work. Please link the references to the bibliography.
Example: Culpepper ("Pivot") in Von Wahlde, Urban C. The Gospel and Letters of John: Commentary on the Gospel of John. Vol. 2. The Eerdmans Critical Commentary. Grand Rapids, MI; Cambridge, U.K.: William B. Eerdmans Publishing Company, 2010. requires that you go to volume 1 (of 3) to a bibliography divided into categories so one must run a search rather than simply look for the entry in alphabetical order.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
