St. Thomas Aquinas's Commentary on the Gospel of John: Chapters 1–21 (LLS:CMMGSPLJHNBKS) is divided into Chapters corresponding to chapters in John. Each Chapter is divided into 3-16 Lectures (usually 8). Each Lecture begins with the entire pericope--complete with all necessary verse numbers--that the Lecture is about.
At present, the milestones only give the chapter number, which can mean scrolling down for a very long time. For example, a Passage Guide run on John 1:43 presently gives a result that requires scrolling down fully 110 (one hundred and ten) pages in order to reach the beginning of the section of the commentary that actually addresses that verse's pericope!
