Virtual Book Shelf and/or library

Instead of having a list of book "types" it would be cool to have a virtual bookshelf where we could "pull" books off the shelf. We could customize by genre or title or color (or any other formatting option) to where it looked like an actual shelf with the spines facing out. There could even be a "virtual" library 'room'

    A couple more ideas - the ability to sort books onto different shelves based on the type of book or reading status
                                       - options for how to sort books on the shelves

    I think it's easy to forget about some of the books I have, so have a shelf view could help remind me that I have a certain resource available to me.
