Support screen shots for training and documentation

More and more, tool-tips and popups will not persist for a screen shot - an example is the tooltip on the Hebrew text in the Interactive on Hebrew Cantillations. This makes it difficult to convey how the screen works outside an interactive environment. Please standardize to the code that allows the popup/tooltip to be persistent.
