Expose the Pager feature in the API

Remote
I would like to be able to activate a stage message ie flash "TURN ON MIC" etc from a remote point. So far it can only be flashed etc from the Proclaim desktop, but would like to be able to trigger from a Streamdeck, MIDI source, API or other. I can then have this trigger unit at sound desk for immediate use.

Add a Confidence Monitor Item to display the arrangement of a song on the confidence monitor that dynamically highlights what part of the arrangement is active on the monitor
It could be nice to see the arrangement of a song on the confidence monitor so the band knows where the song is going. A potentially even cooler implementation of this would be bolding/enlarging the part of the song/arrangement that the slide currently showing is part of.
