Make low light mode not use pure black

It's not good to use pure black (#000000) on oled screens because it causes ghosting when scrolling. It's better to use a non-pure black like #111111 which is indistinguishable from pure black.
The ghosting happens because the black pixels actually turn off, and when they turn back on it takes a short delay to attain full brightness. So this makes the pixels "ghost" when a light object is moved among black pixels. You can probably find more info about this online.
