Note Anchor: make timeanchor possible again

In Logos 9 it was possible to make a note with an anchor to a specific date of page. E.g. in a calendar devotional by clicking on the three dots - add a note. Then you could choose an anchor. (Selection, page, date). It was very useful for using the notestool for describing your own time with the Lord. Now it's no longer possible to anchor notes to a date. I regret this.
