Enhance Open Bible toolbar functions

The Open Bible icon on the toolbar opens my highest priority Bible. It would be nice if when I clicked on it, it would open my highest priority unopened Bible. Then when my highest priority Bible was open, I could click on it and open my second highest priority Bible. If the first two were opened, it would open the third highest, etc.
