Notes: Add settings for default font options

Is it possible to change the default font size from 11 to 8 in a note. Otherwise I have change it manually every time.

Text that is typed into a Note window appears in a certain font size, but when text is copied and pasted into a note from a library resource, it gets pasted in a larger font (approx. 1-3 points). This problem started in L9. This is completely visually jarring. It also doesn't make any sense. Pasted matter should match the default font size of the text in a note window.

Would be nice to set my default font size to the same as I have on desktop. Not convenient for it to always be set to 11pt on mobile and forced to manually change it each time.
