Update facets of Bible Browser and elements of Important Passages

Now that nearly all (if not all) of the "all the NNNN in the Bible" have been released, it is time to integrate the data throughout Logos by:
1. Adding the appropriate facets to the Bible Browser
2. Adding the additional relationships to Passage Guide: Important Passages
3. I believe they have been automatically added to the Passage Guide: Concordance
4. Any other location where it is logical for the users to expect them to be present.
