Beentjes, Pancratius Cornelis, Hrsg. The Book of Ben Sira in Hebrew. A text edition
of all extant Hebrew manuscripts and a synopsis of all parallel Hebrew Ben Sira
texts. VT.S 68. Leiden u. a., 1997. (There's also a reprint by SBL) This is the standard edition of the hebrew Ben Sira. I've not found an edition of Ben Sira in Logos (There's only Tov, who focuses the greek, and some of the earliest edition, which only contain small fragments.)

I found out, *according* to the homepage of other biblesoftware, there is a digital edition of the manuscripts, prepared by Martin Abegg, that would be a great alternative.0
