Uncheck "Licensed by CCLI" by Default If No CCLI Song Number

Currently the CCLI license number is displayed by default for songs that do not have a CCLI song number. I think it would be nice if this box would be unchecked by default unless the CCLI song number is saved with the song.

Absolutely! If we are relying on auto-reporting, I would hope that we also rely on not auto-reporting untruthfully.

Fortunately, songs won't be auto-reported if there is no CCLI song number entered, even if the CCLI box is checked.
