Lower third transparency background video option

When we use lower thirds with the video input option it would be nice to choose transpanrency with lower thirds WITHOUT the video input and YET still be able to use Video Input on other slides at the same time.

    Please add this. We are used to having a separate feed going into the room and to a campus/live stream and being able to do it within the software makes the process easier.
