Add hierarchical categories to Notes

Please add a hierarchical categories system along with a categories sidebar to notes, to allow us to organize our notes for sermons, papers, and other research and writing projects.
A category can have as many levels of subcategories as we want, and a note should be able to go into as many categories as we want.

I'm surprised that so few people have voted for this. I would greatly value it. Of course, it also requires us to be able to filter by/search on such categories0
