Color Selection Tool

With the new update, Proclaim 4, there seems to be a bug with the eyedropper/color selection tool. When I am trying to change a font color to match a color in the background picture, I click on the "eyedropper" but nothing happens.

Now I click on the eyedropper tool and the whole drop down for the font options goes away completely. Hopefully this can get resolved?
