Remove Duplicates from Set List

Often we reprise a song during worship, especially if we're introducing a new song. The "Share Setlist" feature, however, lists every song we sing in worship. So reprises are listed twice. It would be very helpful in Share Setlist if there was a simple checkbox for "Don't Display Duplicates".
