Response Notes: Text box input support on Android

On desktop and iOS there are text box inputs that allow you to type your thoughts into study guide resources, or commentaries that contain questions. However, text boxes don't appear to be supported on the android version of the mobile app. Not only are there no text boxes to type anything on android, but anything you type on a different platform is not visible on android. Currently the workaround is to add a note in the same place where the text box would appear, but it would be nice if there was the same text box support across all platforms.
