Add customize option for Bible menu bar (mobile)

The menu bar on the iPhone is cluttered and does not show what I need:
- I want to see the current book and verse but can't because of the squeezing of things I don't need.
- I personally never use the read audio feature. Wasted space.
- I don't need to change the translation here. Wasted space.
Allowing users to customize this would make it easier to use.
