Improve tabs for multi book display

When using multiple MBDs, it can be hard to know which tab has the slave resource you want.
It would be easier if the tab headings for MBDs could show the icons of ALL contained resources, so one could see at a glance which tab to go to.

    I would also like to see the tabs for MBD draggable so you can reorder them left to right if you want. Currently the only way to do that is turn off all the ones to the left of the one that you want to move further to the left and then turn them back on again. Kind of cumbersome if you have quite a number of books linked together this way. Not so bad if you've just got three.
