Accessibility: Selectable Font Style & Size Option for a User Interface Components

Though the user can adjust the size, color and background of the Bible text to accommodate their vision limitations, there appears to be no way to tailor application controls (menus, panes, help text, etc.) to provide the same accommodation. This means that many users with vision hardships may be able to read the Bible text (after being adjusted for them via View Settings), but thereafter become stranded being unable to navigate the App as they cannot read the smaller fonts used in the user interface. What is being sought is something akin to Accessibility settings that enable the user to tailor the user interface components for their specific needs (size, color, style, contrast, etc.) much like the Bible text presentation.
