Citations and Vocal Shewa

I'm confused. Logos is supposed to be quite helpful, but I've been noticing several features not up to par. Does anyone else have these issues?
When either doing a citation or bibliography many of Logos' auto-responses are quite off. For instance, most of the series, New Studies in Biblical Theology, is quite off. They often have multiple cities listed. I'm not sure which system requires multiple cities in such cases, but a colleague has told me Turabian says just stick with the first one. Why does Logos have multiple cities when setting to Turabian? Also, sometimes the Vol. # appears in various places. Can these be fixed? This is not the only place I run into this, but it is one of the worst offenders.
Second, Logos gives us the SBL Handbook, but then doesn't follow it. For transliterations in the Textual Conversion tool the vocal shewa is ĕ.
But SBL says it should be:
vocal shewa
ə
Does anyone else seem similar issues that need addressing?
I would think a publisher like Lexham would want to follow SBL as would any author. If Logos were to repair these, it would make our work a lot smoother! Thanks!

As the citations and the text converter tools are separate items, it is better to make this two separate requests as they will be prioritized separately. Don't worry about it here; FL can split it, if they wish to.
