Integrate reading ruler in logos

I read a lot of long texts in logos on a large screen.
It would be a great feature if I could see a reading ruler within a work window, which could always be moved one line down or up with the scroll bar.
When I read Spurgeon and his long sermons with his long nested sentences, such a reading ruler would be a wonderful help.
