Shaded background for footnote windows

When clicking on a footnote indicator to read the footnote, the popup box has the same white background as the other open resources. Since the box lines are so thin, the footnote strains the eyes while reading (especially on a lengthy footnote!). Shade the footnote popup box a light grey to differentiate it from the regular text and make it easier to read.
