No place to type my answer

I recently purchased the book Growth: Training vs. Trying, and there are no blank spaces to type my answers to the question. A good example of a book with blank spaces is Basics of Biblical Greek (Workbook). See attached image as an example. It would be great if the Growth book had that feature.
