undelete or restore function in favorites

I learned about all the possibilities of using favorites in Morris Proctor videos, so i was eager to start using it. I found file management like working with jello. You think you're putting something and you find it somewhere else. Or you find that it just disappeared. I have accidentially deleted entire notebooks in Logos, but thankfully they could all be restored. But here is seems that that link you wanted to save can be lost in a flash, and you don't know why. Microsoft WORD allows you to go back about ten moves. Favorites needs some way to find lost material.
