Improve Sermon Manager Metadata Entry

OK, I've been a seminary librarian for 30 years! I've imported thirty-seven years of sermon outlines into Sermon Manager but find the metadata entry constraining. for example, I could use a URL field for those sermons that are online in audio and video (Chapel sermons) and that I have posted in my blog. I'd like to add allowable entries in the topics field (I think in Library of Congress headings!) I could use a location field under Speaker and Occasion (I do a fair amount of guest preaching and some churches have the same name)
