Pre-service loop

On a service day we don't begin with the Pre-service loop. There's another service that is 90 minutes, then the Pre-service. I would like to see the option to drag or re-position the pre-service and warm-up segments where it falls in the list of items created on the left. Also the option to disable the service start time clock.
