Background of all Panels different color

Please add making a setting available to change the backgrounds for all the panels, not just the resource panel, to the "Wish List" for the next update.
Changes to the font colors would also be helpful. I tried the dark settings but the glare from the bright white text is worse than a white background. Kind of like a flashlight pointed at your eyes during the day is not as bothersome as the same flashlight at night. After reading a while in the dark mode a "cloud" forms around the white text and eventually it becomes difficult to read. Dark mode works better with grey text, not bright white. At least it does for me.
