Navigation: List with Open Resources

Add a button to the navigation toolbar that pops up a list with Titles of the "Open Resources". Then allow to jump to the "Resource" by tapping the "Title" in the list.
Usually have a number of resources open in the Logos App. The Logos App is great in how well it handled multiple open resources. However, switching between them with 5+ open can become a bit of a 'swipe fest' at times.
