I would like to resize panels smaller or larger than the default allows. Sometimes I want to make a panel skinny to temporarily maximize another but it does not allow it.

    This feature is available if you drag and drop on the side of the panels, but it is difficult to use. I am running Logos 9.5 on my MacBook and it's almost impossible for my cursor to hover in just the right spot to stretch the panel.
