Add an "Author" column to Docs "Yours" tab if user has copied any Public documents

I copied some public Notebooks that have been recommended by others on the forums into my Documents. But it's easy to forget who created those Notebooks, and I'd like to see the author's name with them, to be reminded that they are not my own original documents but I got them from someone else. Also maybe the Read Only lock icon should show up next to them.

Similarly for Group documents, the Author name should show up if I've copied it to my documents, and optionally also the Group it originally came from, though that's less important.
