Print book search results

Print book search results should be able to be grouped "by resource" like the digital versions, with each passage that has a hit listed in the results. Some searches return a hit count for a single book as 132x but there is only one page reference given for the book. I had really hoped it would help me to quickly find content in large works such as Barth's Church Dogmatics, but it cannot help this use case unless it returns all pages that have hits.
