Fix Milestones and links to Baruch 6 in LLS:29.1.35

In LLS:29.1.35, Baruch 6, also known as the Letter of Jeremiah, has the wrong milestones, so this section of this Bible Commentary does not appear in relevant Passage Guide searches. This section is mischaracterized as commenting on an earlier part of Baruch, and the internal links to Baruch 6 instead point to Baruch 5! Please fix ASAP.
