Simplify/standardize treatment of Bible harmony books

This is a multi-step process:
1. move the New Testament use of the Old Testament to cross-references which is where most intertextual entries reside. Alternatively, make intertextual a type of its own.
2. Take the best of the Parallel Gospel Reader and the Synopsis of Samuel, Kings, and Chronicles to create a standard tool (format and options) for all harmony resources.
3. Migrate all the harmony resources to the new tool.
4. Remove the old tools.

Gray background highlighting too dark (for notes)
For highlighting of notes it seems that the highlighting of the letters themselves (solid colors?) is tied to the background highlighting, so that while the gray one up from white (no highlighting) works well for solid colors, for me at least it is too dark. Run multiple layouts simultaneously
Another user, Donovan, mentioned he would like Logos to support multiple layouts in the desktop app. So would I. I can't present stuff and run Logos at the same time unless I use the web app, which doesn't have the same functionality. Allow at least two simultaneous layouts please!
Fix glitches
There are some glitches with Strong's numbers. Psalm 29 - the words "shaketh" and "maketh" direct to Strong's number 3176. This number has nothing to do with shaking or making. When you highlight the word and click "Lookup" it takes you to Strong's # 2342 which is correct. Thank you for your time.
