You can do this already. Go to Library. Filter by "Not Downloaded". Press and hold to select a resource. In the top, select "Select All". In the bottom right three dot menu, click "Download". Sometimes you need to do this a few times to get it to work. If you have the space, I have found that once everything is downloaded it works seamlessly. Credit where credit is due! Thank you, Logos!
